Payment and deposits

1. Electronic Payments are made through PayPal and /or stripe. In case of refunds please refer to the below information (Cancellation and Refunds section)

   • Deposit + Outstanding sum = Full Payment

     (10,000 + 15,000 = Full Payment)

     In the case of electronic payments, the images will be sent once full payment has been received.

2. Cash Payments; In circumstances of cash payment. The deposit will be made through electronic means, with the outstanding sum made in cash after the shoot has ended.

   • Deposit + Outstanding sum = Full Payment

     (10,000 + 15,000 = Full payment)

     In the case of cash payments, the images will be sent once full payment has been received.

Photographic Usage

1. The right of usage for photographic and ownership is owned and tied directly to the photographer which in terms means the following

   • Photographer’s Usage;

     • The photographer has the right to submit photographs to magazines

     • The photographer has the right to submit photographs to competitions

     • The Photographer has the right to post any and all imagery onto social media / websites

     • The Photographer has the right to print and distribute the imagery in physical format.

   • Client’s Usage;

     • The client wishes to post the work online. This is acceptable under the conditions is not for commercial gain. Dependent on commercial use, please reach out via email.

     • Tag / Give credit to the Photographer or links leading to the photographers website (This would be greatly appreciated!).

     • The client wishes to print the work. This is 100% okay, all images are at 300dpi allowing for photographic printing up to a certain size.

Refunds

1. Refunds are made in the case of following circumstances;

   • Full Refund;

     • 100% refund, cancellation 1 week prior to the shoot

     • “Act’s of God” refund to a customer if a natural disaster or unforeseen event, considered beyond human control.

     • Medical emergency, such as surgery, birth, unforeseen life threatening emergency.

   • Partial deposit refund / Partial lump sum Refund

     • Cancellation; A cancellation made between 3-6 days of the shoot will occur a Partial deposit refund / and or Partial lump sum refund.

       (This partial refund will be 50% of the deposit made).

   • Non Deposit Refund

     • A non deposit refund will occur under the following scenario’s

     • Cancellation of 24 hours

     • No shows

       (If you cancel or do not show up and have made the deposit of 10,000. I have lost money and time in which i could have accepted another job. Therefore the Deposit would be non refundable).
